Privacy Policy

Brian Peterson d/b/a IAM Pro AI (“IAM Pro AI,” “we,” “us”) builds and maintains websites, forms and automation for small businesses and organizations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and we do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Information we collect

Business details you provide	To prepare a quote, proposal, or the site or system you asked us to build.
Files and photos you upload	To do the work you sent them for.
Basic usage data (pages viewed, referring site)	To understand which pages work. We do not build advertising profiles.
Payment details	Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare quotes, and deliver work you requested.
To send transactional messages — receipts, appointment confirmations, approval requests, and notifications you or your organization asked to receive.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the business. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing:

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Twilio — text message delivery
Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and file storage
Railway — application hosting

Text messages

We send text messages in two situations, and only ever about the thing you asked us about — never marketing.

You asked us to text you. Some of our forms include an optional, unchecked box asking whether you would like text updates — for example, shift reminders if you sign up to volunteer. If you tick it, you are giving express consent for us to text the number you provided. We record the date, the number, and the exact wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies and is stated on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of using a service, signing up, or volunteering.
An organization asked us to notify its own staff. Where an organization uses our software, that organization's own administrator enters the mobile number of the staff member who should receive operational alerts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, opt-in records and messaging consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described above — this information is never shared with any third party. We never buy, rent, or sell phone numbers. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

How long we keep it

We keep client and project records for as long as we work together, and afterward only as long as tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email: every bulk email has a working unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (receipts, confirmations) are not marketing and continue.
Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
Access or deletion: email build@i-a-m.pro and we will respond.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not retain data we do not need.

Children

Our services are offered to businesses and organizations, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
