These terms cover use of IAM Pro AI's website, services, and — in the SMS section below — our text message notification program.
Recipients are the business owner, staff, or administrators of the organization operating the software, whose mobile numbers are entered by that organization's own administrator in their settings. We do not collect mobile numbers from the general public for messaging.
An organization's administrator enters a mobile number in the application settings to begin receiving notifications for that organization, which constitutes that recipient's request to receive them. Anyone can stop the messages at any time using the instructions below.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity — typically one message per form submission or event. Many recipients receive only a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. IAM Pro AI does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply UNSTOP or START to resume, or contact us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering or network conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We build and maintain websites, forms, documents and automation for small businesses and organizations. Specific deliverables, prices and timelines are set out in the written quote, proposal or agreement for your project — those govern the work, and nothing on this page replaces them.
Deposits, balances and payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice. Card payments may carry a disclosed processing surcharge; bank transfer and check do not.
You keep ownership of the content, photos and materials you provide. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us. We may show completed work as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to.
Do not use our forms or services to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately false information, or to attempt to disrupt the service for others.
We work to keep services running and accurate, but they are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
